How the visit goes
About forty minutes, unhurried, with a member of our team beside you the whole time.
A short conversation
We start by asking what you notice in the mirror and what you would like to change — tone, texture, firmness, calm. Your answers matter as much as the photographs.
Three photographs
Front and both sides, taken on our tablet in even studio light. They are stored privately, never published, and deleted whenever you ask.
A reading of your skin
We score the visible appearance of fine lines, firmness, evenness of tone, redness and texture, and share an estimated skin-age range — on screen, with you, in plain language.
A plan built from it
We match what the photographs show to the treatments we actually offer, rule out anything unsuitable for you, and you leave with a schedule in your calendar.
What we look at
Five qualities, each scored from what the photographs show — so the plan answers your skin rather than a category.
- Fine lines
- How visible surface lines are across the forehead, eyes and mouth.
- Firmness
- Where the skin is beginning to soften along the jaw and cheeks.
- Evenness of tone
- Sun-related unevenness, dark marks and overall clarity.
- Redness
- Visible flushing and areas that read warm.
- Texture
- Roughness, congestion, and how refined the surface looks.
What this is, and what it isn't
This is a cosmetic assessment — a careful read of how your skin looks today, used to choose between the treatments we offer. It is not a medical diagnosis, it does not detect or treat any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a dermatologist. Please see one about any skin concern.
Aesthetic results vary with skin, lifestyle, history and consistency. We will tell you what we expect and what we cannot promise.
Your photographs
We ask for your written consent before the first photograph, and we explain exactly what happens to it. Your images are held in private storage, are never published or shared, and are never used to train anyone's software.
Ask us to delete your photographs and your assessment and we will do it while you wait — in the studio, or by calling us any time afterwards.
